To become an accredited Dog Cross Fit site, the following must be respected.

  • Own or rent a flat surface location that is minimum 3,229 ft2 to accommodate the necessary infrastructure and an additional space to park at least 15 vehicles.
  • Comply with local bylaws in regards to proximity of neighbors.
  • Perform 50 hours of continuing education on your structure, supervised by a member of the federation. The costs associated with this training are only the travel costs of the supervisor; compensation for registrations during the internships organised by this supervisor. The goal is to train yourself without costing you financially.
  • Equip yourself via our suppliers or by your own means, from the dCF standards available by clicking here
  • You must have the following 4 modules to receive accreditation: Wall climb, Long jump, High jump, and Hedge jump.
  • Modules must be fenced in; either all four together, two by two or individually.
  • All receptions except the wall climb, must be made in sand with a minimum depth of 40 cm. (When acquiring your land, we will send you soil preparation plans)
  • You must organize a DCF School, one DCF Cup per year, and to participate as the head of the arena or hosting structure of the Dog Cross Fit, with one of your dogs, in one of the two finals organized each year at the venues announced at the sart of the year (This place will be in your home country)
  • It is possible to partner with other dog sport organizations, before or after obtaining the DCF accreditation, but under no circumstances will the additional activities insured under the federation.
  • Any type of structure in place can apply for approval, with a commercial identity or not, with a company or in association law 1901.
  • Know how to manage your own communication and open an account on social media so that DCF can highlight your structure in order to unite new participants in your project.
  • Commit to involving only licensed participants. You will have the opportunity to make a discovery assignment before committing to a license. Anyone found practicing on your site without a license during a federation check will initiate the withdrawal of the accreditation on the spot for a provisional or final period.
  • You will not be able to open a DCF structure within 50 km of an existing structure.
  • A supervisor can come accompany you to find the best land suitable for your project, the costs related to his transport, or even the full pension if the stay is several days, will be at your expense.
